HOW IT WORKS:
The maintenance program is designed to keep your carpets at optimum levels of healthiness and appearance. When you clean and protect ["Scotchgard" {DuPont Teflon}] 500 sq. ft. or more of your carpet, six months later, CARLAN CLEANERS will clean and protect the same area at half-price. Then, six months later [one full year after the initial cleaning of the plan] we will clean and protect the carpet again at the regular full price.

RATIONALE BEHIND THE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM:

Carpet manufacturers recommend six to eighteen month carpet cleanings to maintain optimum health, appearance and longevity. Your carpet is a major filtration system in the house, trapping pollen, mold, chemicals, soot, dust mites and many more pollutants. When you walk you disturb the pollutants and they become airborne.

DON'T WAIT:
In the same way, we don't wait till our clothes "look dirty" before we clean them, so too, we shouldn't wait till our carpets "look dirty" before we clean them. If we wait till they "look dirty" we have waited too long and damage is already taking place in the base of the carpet.
