How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
Your carpets should be dry in 1-4 hours. This depends on the humidity, temperature of the home, the density of the fiber and how soiled the carpet is. To speed dry, use fans, open windows 2-3 inches in the rooms that were cleaned, turn on heater (70-72) degrees and on warmer days leave the air conditioner on.
Can I walk on the carpet after cleaning?
Yes. Use the shoe covers we provide and use extreme caution when walking from damp carpet to any hard surface. Hard surface floors will be slippery.
Do you move furniture?
Yes. Some furniture we do move. Very heavy or loaded furniture we do not move.
Do you clean furniture?
Yes. We are professional upholstery cleaners. Save an additional 10% off if you add a sofa, loveseat, or two chairs the same day.
Can you remove pet odor and stains?
In some cases the stain may be permanent. Even if we can’t remove the stain, however, we can take care of the odor. This would be an additional charge.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning process?
No. You are welcome to leave after the paperwork has been signed, we have been paid, and you give us lock-up instructions.
How long does it take to clean the carpet?
Depending on how large the room is, about 20-40 minutes per room.
Do you pre-spot?
All pre-spotting, pre-spraying, and pre-conditioning of the traffic areas and spots is included with the price of your cleaning.
What do I do if I need to reschedule my appointment?
Please give us 48 hours notice. A cancellation fee applies if 48 hours notice is not given. You can schedule an appointment as far in advance as you would like.
How often do I need to clean my carpet?
Carpets should be cleaned every 6 months for multi-resident homes with pets and at least once per year for single resident homes.
